little update, haven been able to put it through the test at work in the elements, but at home its been running at least 30 degrees cooler than it used too! i changed the one heat sink pad and then redid the heat sink bars where they go to the case and now the head is defiantly getting dispersed better, the heat doesn't seem to be isolated toward the back(by all the ports on it) now its more across the bottom.
