Ok I see them now. If you noticed the MK3 service manual does not show K11-1-4 (D-washer) and K11-1-5 (spring washer) or list it in the service manual.. I will use the part numbers from the MK1 when I place my order then
You will need..
K11-1-1 LCD Cabinet cushion A
K11-1-3 LCD elepass (screw)
K11-1-4 D-washer
K11-1-5 spring washer

you can see it got a raised collar
As I said the service manual for the MK3 list no nut and why...my guess is at one time the raised collar had threads in it instead of a nut on the inside. The last owner might of drilled them out to put that screw in it that you have now.
Do you have the service manual for the MK3..check page 66 it has the picture or check my picture, also no part numbers in the manual.

Hi, no dont have service manual for Mk3, a link to it would be nice  I have spoke with the last owner, he was the second owner, he said he bought it like it was, he asked the 1st owner when he bought it and they said it come from Panasonic like it was and the reason its got the strange lugs on it because it was built to sit in a special vehicle mount but was never used for that, also if you look at the antenna covers they both have a small raised rubber pad?? I have removed the lugs cut the screws down and put them back in, I had to put a washer under each screw head as they dont have the flat part to hold the rubber (K11-1-1) down, the other problem is the head of the screws are to big, it wont clip down when the screen is spun round, what I might do is take the lid off again and get them collar's machined down so it will take the shorter screws

I can confirmed that the cf-19mk3 has no separate lock nut on that area compare to MK1 & Mk2. The hole is threaded. See picture.

Thank you very much Teo. So it looks like you are going to have to grind it down using a Dremel tool and order the MK1 parts or fill it with epoxy and retap/drill it out so you can order the MK3 screws. I will check the prices of all the parts for you. I will be sending in my list tonight to Heartland...takes about a week for them to get back to me.
