So I have 2 identical T5010's and no sound from one,nothing from speakers or headphones. It doesn't even see the headphones being connected but it will work on a set of USB speakers.

If it was shut down with another drive the mute setting may be resident on the mobo..., so power pull re-set including cmos batt is indicated...holding power switch on a few cycles. Then set to defaults and good luck. Sometimes it works.
