Depends on the price and what you want to use it for.

I bought it, I use them for vehicle diagnostics, CF-19 has done me perfect but as Im old now a bigger screen is needed

Its in very good condition, little bit shocked, no backlit keyboard, no touch screen and no web cam but not a major problem as I dont use but just expected it to have, now need to look for spare battery and 2nd battery

I dont think its broken, I think this is a base model without touchscreen and lower resolution, if Id known I would not have bought it, as they say, you live and learn
