Cf-ax3 sound issue

Just bought a second hand laptop and the sound is very low from the built in speakers

Anyone know if there is any drivers on the net that are downloadable
Its running windows 10

Shows generic windows drivers installed ,and sound bar is at 100%

Have you tried a plug in external speaker or headphones to see if it's the output or another issue. I have a few toughbooks running the base windows driver and using the built in speakers isn't a issue.
