This is a fake paper. It was written by SCIgen

SCIgen is a program that generates random Computer Science research papers, including graphs, figures, and citations. It uses a hand-written context-free grammar to form all elements of the papers.

Using the SCIgen program, here is my case for IPv6. http://apps.pdos.lcs.mit.edu/scicache/7 ... dwoman.pdf

Pretty funny, I have already used the generator to write a few papers myself! Now, if it would only write incident and after-action reports, I would be happy! :D
