CF-52 WWAN FAIL!

So below is the jumper config for the WWAN ready CF-52 that my mother has. I have put a Sierra Wireless MC5725 Sprint card in it (looks like an IBM pull actually) and it isn't working with ANY of the 4 jumper configs that is printed on the WWAN.
The laptop model is: CF-52GCMBXAM (WWAN ready model)
The wireless switch has nothing to do with any of it either. What could I be doing wrong?
NONE: 1/Off; 2/Off
WWAN1: 1/Off; 2/On
WWAN2: 1/On; 2/Off
WWAN3: 1/On; 2/On

and it still isn't working... It still isn't showing in the BIOS either...
