Recomend replacement Panny for me, please

I love my 29, but it's big/heavy and older tech.
I had a Nextbook Flexx 10.1 with a quadcore baytrail that I used in the car with a modified windshield mount, and that was awesome. Except win10 has licensing issues with Streets and Trips, there is no fix, the issue is slipstreamed into protected recovery image, and there is no way to access bios/boot usb without using the "approved" win10 applet. I wanted to load win7, but the Flexx doesn't support legacy bios and win7 doesn't support uefi
I really liked that the flexx was so light. I would remove the keyboard, and it was comparable to a galaxy tab or ipad. Big enough to see, small enough to handle on economy airplane seats or hang off a suction cup mount in a car.
I was curious you all could recommend a replacement. Obviously a 30, 31, or 19 would do what I want, but I would prefer it to be lighter, like a tablet. The most power hungry software I would run would be autocad 2000, but I"m might be interested in learning something newer like Solidworks or similar, and of course Streets and Trips, ffox, and Office XP. Don't judge.
New or used
<$250
Panny (or other?)
tablet or convertible laptop
10.1 ish screen
touch screen (resistive or capacitive)
I3 or later, or baytrail quadcore
uefi or not, but does support legacy bios
I can use a usb gps, but like internal more and am not afraid to hack it in.
I want to run win7 possibly dual boot Mint, and i want to use a windshield mount for gps
Thanks, y'all!
