Dead battery Q

#1 Post by User32 »

I have a "dead" CF-19 battery here that will hold a charge but not charge anymore via my 19, it does charge a little when I directly put 16V on it with a ThinkPad adapter though.

Wat do, TBT?

Odds are you need to buy a battery.
Do you have a second battery to test the CF19 charging circuit?
Life will beat you into submission.

I actually have a good battery in my 19 (0 cycles, go figure!) but I still had another 19 batt that came from a water damaged Mk3.

So I guess i'm SOL?

Reminds me of the time I saw something on a gate post just after the snow melted.

Well what do you know?....that looks like my DeWalt drill.

New batteries, yeah they were both there, were history! Warranty doesn't cover a half inch of snow melt in the batteries. It was only two or three weeks. :pat:

Good news is I'm still using the drill. ;)
Fair for you/ Fair for me.
I chose to NOT be organized.
