Ok. Did that. Thanx Shawn.

Now lets see. CF-50BBLNUDM and CF50MB2FDKM The first has 256mb on board ram, other has 512. They both boot bios. NOT password locked. the 256mb one looks well used, not missused just well used. The 512 looks almost unused. not too shabby. ONLY thing missing is a batt and hdd. Caddies and covers are all here. NEAT.

Haven't found much of anything yet on CF-50. So going to spend the day surfing and trying different installs ect with the 50's.

Sad to say. Going to just have to run either W7 starter or XP on the 50, and use it for just stuff like vehicle diagnostics. Even under Watt OS it runs like a dog. Won't even run Minecraft. Keeps crashing when ever it loads. Sigh such is life.

The CF-50B is a Mk2 and has ati7500 but the CF-50M is Mk4 with ati 9600. I have had that the ones with ATI 9000 and 9600. I know I got minecraft to run on the Mk4 at low settings(xp). Maybe the newer versions of minecraft have become more demanding. Have you tried a older version on it? I do like the fact that these machines have floppy and cd/dvd factory on them. I use to use mine with a lot of dos stuff as well.

CF-50W/Y (Mk1) -- ATI Mobility Radeon 7500, 32MB or 64MB VRAM

CF-50A/B/X (Mk2) -- ATI Mobility Radeon 7500, 32MB or 64MB VRAM

CF-50D/E/F/G/H (Mk3) -- ATI Mobility Radeon 9000, 32MB or 64MB VRAM

CF-50L/M (Mk4) -- ATI Mobility Radeon 9600, 64MB VRAM

CF-50J/K (Mk5) -- ATI Mobility Radeon 9000, 64MB VRAM
