Dedicated Package:
For $500/month with a two year contract you will get the following:

Does the home package come with any email addresses. Can you offer the design and build of websites

for $200 I can hire a design professional to design your site, as I have no artistic ability whatsoever... what type of site would you be interested in? Simple site? Pictures, Blog? ecommerce? ebay image hosting?
