Just called them,we need their data base as that model came right up.Groovy. They are going to get back to me on a bios reset.

Hope you get it sorted, it looks like a nice model. I have been hoping they would drop a ATI or Nividia card into a 19 but it looks like that still isn't going to happen anytime soon.
