I actually signed up for that when it was going on and i got a Steve Ballmer Signature Editions of Windows 7 Ultimate for free.
No, i didnt actually have the party, but i did give away the other goodies they gave me to friends. 10 friends got free Copies of Norton Internet Security 2010

You can still get an upgrade edition of Windows 7 Professional if you have access to a student address for only $30! That is how I scored the copy I am running on my CF-29N!
