So today we recieved a shipment from a lady from New Orleans that shipped back her newly bought Inspiron 6000 laptop that she bought from our eBay store. She claimed that it was "damaged in shipping", however she agreed to pay $175 to us to fix it (which was odd). Sure as crap we can confirm it was most defiently "damaged in shipping". The pictures are below, what do you all think?

We will put this screen up on the wall with a "COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT" notice for it as well
