MK1 + 1080p = ???

Can anyone confirm that 1920x1080 video can play smoothly on a MK1? Seems fine on my MK2's.

It sometimes gets a bit choppy, but I have the U2400 processor with Intel 945 GMA onboard graphics. Wimpy. Not to mention it tried to render it in 1920, but it can only display in native resolution.

So does that mean a MK2 can render H.264 smoothly? That means I can stream Gmod from my GT780 then o.O

I was able to stream smooth 1080p H.264 on Debian with VLC Player, through a samba mounted Windows share.
