I will have to make double sure my hotkeys are working, if so look up the driver I used. I am wanting to say I got them working.

That adapter is simular to the one I got to use, but found out too late my Msata came out of a Dell, the pin out is different, so it doesn't work. What kind of speed are you getting out of it?

I have not checked the functional areas for speed yet, but according to Glary's, the boot time for it is one minute four seconds which is pretty astounding for a 10-12 year old computer with just a 1GB processor and 1.25GB RAM. That 1.8 SSD really makes a difference.
One CF-52, four CF-18's, 4.5 CF-28's, one CF-29, five CF-M34's, two CF-37's, one CF-P2 and two CF-P1's. There are also two Getac A320T's, one Fieldpac and two IBM Transnotes. Not to mention the AMD 5600 CPU with three monitors and several HP PDA's. Whew! Must quit buying...no, must have MORE! Then there are the weapons...

Did you ever check to see if the hotkeys are working? If so, what drivers did you use?

I took that combo apart last hitch when I got to work. I was testing the same 1.8" drive with a different adapter to see if it would speed up. After that even trying to boot from the original set up resulted in BSOD after just a few seconds of being on the desktop. It worked fine before that.

I have the new Msata SSD and adapter waiting to do a reload now when I get home from work. So I didn't get to see what my settings were at. I will be doing a full reload on the new setup when I get home.

Then if all that works I will be on to the GPS install.

Got the Msata SSD and adapter into it yesterday. Keep getting BSOD error on loading, still working on sorting that out. Hope to have this project back up and running then I will make a full list of everything I did when I installed 7 pro on it.
