Hey guys, so I'm trying to diagnose why this digitizer Isn't working on a CF-19ADUAX1M. I have re imaged it, installed the proper touch screen driver, and still nothing. I'm left to believe that it may be an issue in the digitizer panel itself, but I have no idea where it is located. I removed the LCD cabinet, but I can't discern it from any other piece. I'm familiar with previous marks having the big red sheet on the back, but apparently MK5 dual touches don't have those. If anyone could give me some hints or tips on how to locate it, I would be greatly appreciative.

Have you by any chance checked the BIOS to see if it's set right . Not really sure if there is any thing to set for the touch/digitizer in there since I don't have a MK5...just saying

Yea man, I checked the BIOS. There's nothing regarding the touch screen besides if I want to change it from Tablet mode to Auto.

Try setting the BIOS touchscreen settings to 'Auto'.

I have no MK5 to check.

It's default is "Auto", but I'll try changing it to Touch screen, booting, then changing it back to see if that make a difference.

May have to try a "reset to defaults" to see if that will help, I know on a few wireless cards when you have problems with them you have to do that.

So far nothing.

Does anyone have any idea where the digitizer is located in the panel so I can try to swap it out? I'm only familiar with the red sheet behind the LCD kind of digitizer, so I'm lost when it comes to finding a mk5 dual touch one.

Talk to Teo, or Jeff. One of them might know. Anyone have a CF-19MK5 service manual?

I have only had one 18 and one 19 digitizer apart, it's a green board behind the screen.
