So after extensive CF-19 Bios flashing tests I found that in order to have full functionality with all devices, the BIOS file being used to write with has to come from the exact model as the unit getting flashed, down to the specific letter/number.

I just did Windows 7 this time home on two Mk1 CF-74's. They needed a bios update also to get touch, sound, etc working.

And this is interesting, my cf-19k4 with W7 is running the v3.00L19 bios and everything works fine. All the front buttons, everything
