Shout out to all you smart people:

Is there a way we can copy down the current live configurator (When it's actually working) and retain it on Toughbooktalk for use???

I am finding that it's down more than it's up....

Thoughts?

I am looking at it, not sure the info is stored on the page. I think it's linking to a remote location to get the info. Let me try to tear a few layers of the page back. I am still working on the 19 guide, it will be the next one I put out, still has a lot of holes in it right now.

Even the web.org web archive doesn't have a working copy, got to be connecting to another site. In saving the web page it has lots of java scripts in it. Now to break down the scripts to see what they say.

Got the boy working on the java links to help decode them.

I went to the standard usa site to look at T7 drivers today, The second box where you select model is stuck and then a pop up box after a minute or two pops up saying sorry. Looks like the whole USA site is having problems.

The boy has looked though part of the code up to where it swaps to the circling ball. That is just a image. After that, he can't find any more links, he said it looks broken like something was there, then it was removed. He says the code "looks funny" to him. As it's not in a standard java coding format.

The internet wayback machine didn't work on this one. That was the first thing I tried. It just sits there and doesn't even bring up the circle. That is what lead me to believe there is a hidden link to go to. I used firefox to break the page down and look though it. Saved the web page and had the oldest boy go though it including the java script, nada.

Well I just tried them and they work great so hopefully we can use them as a backup when the Toughbook one goes down.

They are linked to Panasonic main site. Right click on the config frame and open it in a new window. That window has a Panasonic address..
