Position Summary

Tech specialist duties include but are not limited to repair and customization of laptops to specifics determined by the needs of the business.

Job Functions

• Advanced level computer repair
• Disassemble and reassemble complex systems to integrate new components to customer specifications. IE install keyboards, RAM, HDD’s, and internal cellular modems, etc.
• Refurbish systems to like new conditions.
• Troubleshoot computers and repair to ideal working conditions.
• Support customers over the phone with technical issues.
• Support internal office with repairs and troubleshooting

Qualifications


• 2 or more years of computer repair
• Laptop repair – disassembling the case, removing parts, installing parts, etc
• Must have strong communication skills
• Self sufficient
• Highly motivated
• Eager to learn, develop, and grow

Rob! Am I qualified on that position? My experience is from medium to high voltage X'mission line and OSP plant facilities. Mostly aerial and underground, Lol.. but I can repair, trouble shoot and customized a toughbook even one eye or maybe two are close!
