I ship port covers all over the world in a bubble envelope for $3.00. This is what the post office charges me SO was I surprised when I went in this week to mail a couple to Russia...$6.55 each .That's $3.55 raise...that's bull crap. I checked the prices in Canada and it's $4.92 . So if anyone here ships overseas you better check the new shipping prices because all the prices went up Feb 4, 2013

thats more than double the increase ! i know (state owned) post-office almost everywhere is underfunded/overbooked with (sometimes) overworked unhappy employees, but that's a bit too steep increase. they'll most likely lose lots of customers to alternate shippers.

if it makes you feel any better, I've ordered a Q9450 (tray cpu) from an eBay seller in DE, and it charged me 15 Euros for the shipment (which was a small bubble envelope, just like the one you use).

Who I feel sorry for is guys like you, the buyer. I am not like many sellers that charges handling fees...I only charge shipping fees and nothing extra. What it cost me it cost you the same. I just can not see how they can raise it over 110%.
