Have several of the IBM brand AC-DC dual input chargers. Good quality and compatible with the newer Toughbooks with 5.5mm X 2.5mm power jack. Rated 16v at 4.55 amps max, so it's plenty to run CF-18, CF-19, T- and W-series but slightly less than full current rating for the CF-29, CF-30, CF-73, etc. Most folks say they work perfectly fine with even the more power hungry models, although the battery may charge a bit slower if running the Toughbook at the same time.
