Calling the nerds! USB ISO boot questions

I'm having difficulty burning them and the external drive you referenced is a DVD-ROM only.

I am creating successful images through Symantec and prefer to use my images but creating new ones are difficult when the only images I have access to are dual layer DVD's and I can't burn them.

Long story short I was not able to get the USB thumb drive option to work.

I did however replace the double layer Memorax DVD's I was using with Verbatim and the ISO's worked just fine.
