I keep getting this error whenever I put in a model number:

'Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /http://www.config.toughbook.com/PCSC/Co ... ookUpModel on this server.'

I have tried it with Firefox, IE and Chrome but always get the same result. How can I fix it? Thanks

You can't type in a model number!

You have to use the drop down menus to see what you want to configure.

Team,

I am being forced to take this old configurator down by Panasonic as it's confusing their customers and messing with the search engines.

Thanks!
