I have been looking around at a few CF-18 and was wondering which is the best to get. The Digitizer , tablet or touchscreen .What is the big difference ?

For most uses the touchsreen is the best , the digitizer requires the pen , it will not work with just your finger
The digitizer omits the 9pin com port on the back on the cf18 series
For writing or drawing the digitizer is best as its more accurate
The digitizer has a slightly brighter screen as there is no touchsreen screen in the front, only a protective panel, the digititizer panel is behind the lcd

Alex, you have it backwords... the digitizer isn't as bright as the touchscreen... for example, the CF-30 digitizer is only 500 nits and the touchscreen model is 1000 nits...

Why I asked was a guy has a CF-18DDAZAMM 1.1MHZ digitized touchscreen with GPS for sale for just under $600.00 canadian ($550.00 US) Not sure if its a good price or not?

NO WAY!!! You should be able to get one of those for around $400 TOPS TOPS TOPS!

You are correct on the cf-30 500 nits non-touch vs 1000 nits touchscreen
The cf-18 all models and mk-1 and mk-2 cf-19 specs are
500 nits touchscreen vs 540 nits digitizer
The cf-19 mk-3 is 1000nits digitizer/touchscreen

Thanks Rob. This was the first one I seen .The guy has sold a few of them for $600.00 US but this one has been on their for a few days so I figured it was no great deal or it would of been sold. So if it was you what type would you look at .Digitizer or Touchscreen.
