So can I get rid of a bios pass on a CF-18N? A guy I deal with has them and I still can sell the heck out of them, thanks. :D

Nope...I know others have tried but no go. As you know by now Toughbooks are not like most laptops. We have tried running many programs to remove the password and no go.

I think so, but not certain. Believe CF-18 works the same as CF-29 -- pull battery & CMOS battery, then hold the power switch ON for 30 seconds a few times to drain mobo capacitors. Power up with AC adapter to make sure CMOS has reset, then plug it all back in. Might try it with a spare CF-18N to make sure before investing in a lot . . .

There were some posts that had luck if they removed the RAM out as well. Maybe try that.
