Okay I am new to this site so I don't know my way around. I have CF18KHH64BE, built in wifi, bluetooth, mc75 edge and now a GPS module (Matsushita CN-GX0290A).
I bought the first GPS and installed it by removing the edge board and replacing it, by hit and miss trials I put the bluetooth back on the daughter board.
To cut a long story short, what I am after trying to find is a schematic for the GPS daughter board from which I could decifer the pin out connections for the GPS 12 pin FFC as I have an after market engine which I want to attach to the daughter board in place of the GX0290A sled.
Can anyone help with FFC connections between the sled and daughter board????

The shematic or the pinout of the gps for CF-18 daughter board is as the same on the CF-19 Toughbook.

I am now waiting for 0.5mm 12 pin FFC and connectors, with which I can make some fly leads to match the GX0290A wiring on the daughter board. As the unit I have bought has its own patch aerial and a jack for an external aerial aswell. So my plan is to use both therefore have the units aerial external in its own box. Pics will follow when project has been completed in a few weeks.
