You only have touchscreen OR digitizer in a CF-18 not both. Lets look at your model number.

CF-18BHKZXKA

CF-18
B - MK1 900MHZ Pentium M
H - Touchscreen
K - 40gb hd and 256MB ram (from the factory)
Z - No WWAN
X - No extra options like gps, etc
K - windows xp pro
A - country code ( I don't have that code listed, may be your country code for New Zealand if it's original to your country)

You will have to download the touchscreen driver, and manually update it in device manager. It has a generic driver in there now that is why it doesn't show yellow. Since you aren't showing any yellow I am guessing you have installed the Panasonic Misc driver, common driver and hotkey drivers?

This is where you can find the drivers http://www.toughbookdrivers.com/drivers ... dows%20XP/. The driver you need is the mouse driver. I find that the 18 is a tough old bird when it comes to loading drivers...the best way is by using the restore disk.

I am guessing you have installed the Panasonic Misc driver, common driver
Update
Well come to find out there is no Misc driver or common driver for the 18. Some thing I never new, I used the restore disk when I had my 18.

It's been a while since I have loaded one up. I used XP sp2 disk before I got some of the restore disks.

Link to the pdf from panasonic that has the loading instructions for the drivers.

You can try the Canada and Japan site. They sometime has more software and drivers on them than the USA site for some reason.
