cf29 hdd adapter ribbon

hello every one .
i just got a cf-29ctpgzkm
and i am learning the hard way , i bought a hdd for my 29 as its a project and it has a caddy but i found the ribbon torn , and it doesnt seam to fit but maybe its all i need


the links here are the hdd i bought and the ribbon i have got in the caddy but there is more pins on the hdd than the plug on the ribbon and whats the extra plug for ?

the second thin i want is a cd drive. but no idea what i should get plus

i think i figured out i need ddr1 not ddr2 as my ddr2 didnt fit but it has nothing in the slot to compare with

any help would be great .

Look...you hit me at a good time. PM me and I will send you a complete caddy and/or a CF-29 Mk1 with spare caddy.. No cheat...I have them (4) For what they are worth to you.

Otherwise NO is better than messing about with two weeks of PM's.

MK1 is a good unit. The touchscreens are tougher than MK 2-5. Not fast but a rugged unit, built to last.

FYI....I will NOT check back here. Too many irons in the fire. So PM. Offers good CONUS or elsewhere. You pay shipping.
