Be sure to browse around here. Lots of good information.
I didnt get temps prior to pad replacement. But I got the good ones
that transfer 11 W/mK. This is on a CF-29 Mk1. Very similar results to
droppointalpha. I think the lower temps are because its cool in here now.

Post Pad Replacement:
Idle Temp (5min after start): 38*C
Websurfing:46*C
Processor Intensive Program: 58*C (I used graphics, I think it would go up compiling a kernel or something like that )
Idle Temp (after the above prior to shutdown):42*C
With his results and mine we have a good baseline started.
