Bob
I am fairly sure that the disks that I have will not work for your model
The number does not match correctly
You can load using an oem xppro disk with your coa on the bottom, and then install the drivers from the panasonic downloads site

Well I hate to respond to my own post but I just called Heartland, and while super nice, they could not help me. They told me that they could find no model number for my CF-29. They could not even validate the S/N I listed in the post above as valid, correct or incorrect. I am certainly not blaming them, with custom orders there must be many variations.

Sooo, the search goes on. :help:

When you go into the BIOS, what does the info there say? Does the model correspond to the one you listed? Also, which BIOS version does it show?
One CF-52, four CF-18's, 4.5 CF-28's, one CF-29, five CF-M34's, two CF-37's, one CF-P2 and two CF-P1's. There are also two Getac A320T's, one Fieldpac and two IBM Transnotes. Not to mention the AMD 5600 CPU with three monitors and several HP PDA's. Whew! Must quit buying...no, must have MORE! Then there are the weapons...
