Wwan question

I have the opportunity to pick up a cf-29 mk5 with a 3G wwan not sure what carrier
Is it possable to upgrade it to a AT&T LTE?

What card is on the unit. I'm not the WWAN guy but this could be as simple as a dipswitch. My MK-5 and MK=1 / 2 CF-30 run 5725 cards I believe.

Shoot....I wish! Short answer is no. Not even a CF-30 :(

Well that sucks
On a good note I did get my current 29 running a lot better thanks to people on this site

HECK NO. YOu need Cf-31 or at least a CF-19 MK5 to run 4G LTE.

It "may" be possible but you would have to use a WWAN to USB adapter. Then do a internal usb mod. I have tested the adapter and loaded a driver or two on a few things but not the newest cards. I know it wouldn't let the pc see any regular wi-fi cards I tried, but every WWAN card was recognized the first time. This also should get around any bios whitelist any pc may have. I plan on testing other cards in it more later on.
