If you have the floppy drive . either the media bay unit or a usb unit
Boot into dos and run "KillCMOS"
http://majorgeeks.com/KillCMOS_d2969.html
It will wipe the bios clean

There are programs that you can use off a floppy, but someone will have to chime in as I have never used one (never had to). I have always used the battery removal with success, but have never tried on a CF-29. I have heard rumors that the battery pull would not work on some of the newer models, but I cannot confirm that.
One CF-52, four CF-18's, 4.5 CF-28's, one CF-29, five CF-M34's, two CF-37's, one CF-P2 and two CF-P1's. There are also two Getac A320T's, one Fieldpac and two IBM Transnotes. Not to mention the AMD 5600 CPU with three monitors and several HP PDA's. Whew! Must quit buying...no, must have MORE! Then there are the weapons...

Ineptocracy: A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

Killcomos didnt work, after I reboot from killcmos, it goes to a screen that says, Error, System CMOS checksum bad
Default configuration used
Press F2 to setup and when I hit f2 it goes right back to enter password

What do you think

My way that hasn't failed yet:

1. Remove ALL power (batteries, MB Battery, AC Power, Solar Power, Wind Power, Hydro power, fart power, etc)
2. Remove Hard Drive/Caddy
3. Unplug CMOS battery
4. Cycle power switch 2-3 times for 1-2 seconds each (discharges board)
5. Plug in AC power
6. Boot up a few times to BIOS
7. Unplug AC
8. Cycle power switch 2-3 times for 1-2 seconds each
9. Reconnect CMOS and boot up

If for some reason that does not work, then repeat to step 8 and then leave off overnight. 9 out of 10 times though it works.
