Do you want to send that disk to me or Cleve. I know that I would like to take a look at it.

So what to do???? As it is Linux you can install it in any ide machine assuming you have more than one computer. :rolleyes: I don't think the 50 is the problem though.



If PAE is a problem for me I do the install in like a CF-29MK5 then transfer the caddy and drive to a MK whatever.

I've had this ssd in a MK1 (29) ...it was originally installed in a MK4 or 5. FWIW.

it's for a older pc non pae...I'd be glad to send you a disc. Works well with cf-18, 19, 30, 52, etc...

Already have that and it did the same thing,I have a feeling the drive is screwy so I put an 80gb drive and I'm trying to load it now. I will let you know what happens. Thanks.
