OpenSuSe on the CF-18, can't get TS calibrated?!

Crap! You could always take a chance by replacing the panel:

Other folks around here have a lot more experience than I in replacing these.

That's a good price. Lowest That I have seen.

You may have to flip the cable...and then make sure the latch is taped shut.

A lot easier than replacing the whole lid. I had trouble with one long ago and found a broken wire in wires wrapped around the post.

You have a really good chance of an instant repair with a nice bright screen.

In the end, it was Linux that was a problem, it still won't work properly but hey, at least I got a semi-working TS now!

Glad the TS is working better, what OS did you go with? What's going on now with it?

Windows XP Black Edition or some shit. (cracked XP with some mods, because why bother paying for a botnet?)

It works at times, sometimes the calibration is off and it won't work at the top of the screen, but sometimes it's functioning normally..
