Has the 4k been discontinued? The US configurator shows no current models when searching through it.

I mean mine is a first gen and it's s/n is starts with a 4A... That's Jan of 2014...

We're talking almost 3 years. But agreed a dead-born child... :)

Hold up, Panasonic has date codes like Asko has?! *looks on underside of his 19*

Hm, my 19's s/n starts with 2I, that means it's from December 2012? Pretty damn cool date code format though, Asko uses the first four digits of their serial number. (9638 is for example 1996, week 38, 1023 is 2010 week 23 and so on)

Yeah! The first digit is the year and letter is the month.

A = Jan
L = December

To all and in between too....

Of course if you see a CF-18 or CF-29 the 3 or 2 or 4 or whatever is indeed 2003, etc, NOT 2013...

Any word on the street as to why it died? Did they have any known maintenance issues?
