Well 3 days on 8.1 with no issues. Wasn't even what I'd call slow.
But I usually just single task. Like OBD programs or watch movies thru VLC or surf internet. Playing Minecraft would actually be the most resource heavy task I am likely to do.
Then I took it to 10 and lost all touch function. It's still snappy just have to use mouse or touch pad. No touch screen. Bummer.
