You might need to enable it by running a small software program called SPGOBI2. I have had to do it on a CF-19 and a CF-31 before.

Morgan,

Nice to see you back..

I checked into spgobi and I found a post that said it was for a mk4. Maybe that post was wrong.

I will PM a link. Please post your results

hi guyz, thanks for the tips
here is how it got solved.
took the machine CF-19KDRAG6B , where wwan card (gobi) was showing up in the bios

took out the WWAN/USB card out of the above machine along with the gobi card

installed it in the CF-19KDRAX1M powered up and there you go.. BAAAM!!! (all this time, the wwan was NOT showing up in the BIOS , but now, there it is ) . right there, wwan (gobi) showing up in the bios.

and the WWAN /USB card , which came out of the CF-19KDRAX1M , installed in the other machine *(CF-19KDRAG6B ) AND BAAM!!!! wwan shows up in the bios .

solution found by gods grace.
sharing this post out here. so that some one out there can do this procedure and get a solution.

Thank you Shawn, it is good to be back. What an adventure. Managed to get out with my dog, both trucks, my bike (still a basket case), the water logged 52GUN and a couple bags of clothes. :|
