CF-19 Rubber Keyboard

This is just a trivial question really that I want to know the answer to

Why is the F11 key red?

Law enforcement software. F11 is the OH CRAP button, I think

For emergency responders they usually program that key as the "emergency" key or the "Send re-enforcements" key :)

I have seen a couple different dispatch software setups for utilities that have the same functionality.
