Hi, I'm wondering if someone can help me out here.

I've done this process 3 times now and each time I've managed to work it out but for some reason this time it's got me beat!
CF-19 Mark 4 running Windows 7.
The touchscreen works with finger and pen but the calibration is off. I've been through the process of changing the touchpad driver to the fidmous.inf but the problem is when I go to use the Fujitsu calibration utility I get an error as soon as I touch the screen (data input error). I remember having this problem before but I cannot remember how I solved it and it's really frustrating.

One other problem is the driver with the ACPI/MAT0020 device ID. I know that it's the hotkey driver and I've tried a few different versions but none seem to work.

The really annoying thing is that I've been through it all before on exactly the same machine.
Can anyone put me out of my misery?

Have you tried using the W7 calibration utility . I find it works every time for me.

That's the one in control panel? I've tried that, it just seems to be identical to the Fujitsu one and gives the same result

W7 likes tablet drivers or none at all. What is your bios setting for the touchscreen?
I'm not familiar with dual touch but think you should see a Wacom driver for the digitizer and two generic hid drivers for the touchpanel. That is see them in the device manager list under hid.
Somebody with a dual boot help this poster out with a screenshot of a working device manager.

There is a check box in tablet input /calibration area on Windows. Clicking the box resets the registry settings if they are being stupid. Worked once for me and once for mklym. end edit

Ugh! I knew it must have been something stupid! Thanks to Sadlmkr for pointing me in the right direction.
The bios setting was set to touchscreen instead of auto. I changed it back and boom! The correct drivers auto-installed and both of the above problems fixed themselves.
I spent hours last night googling and trying everything lol.
