Cf-19 MK3 Front Panel Buttons

#1 Post by Banshee »

Just noticed that since I've installed Windows 8.1 Pro x64 on my Mk3 CF-19 that some of the front buttons don't work.

The brightness works and the "key" button works and brings up the lock screen options, task manager etc etc however, the keyboard button doesn't work and neither do the other two even though I'm not sure what they are for.

I've installed the button driver and button manager but still no luck, also when searching for tablet buttons from Windows Search I get the following message appears

Any ideas guys?

Did you install that display driver from Intel? Try uninstalling that. The display driver was the source of Fn issues on Windows 7 on my CF-30. The display drivers for the Toughbook are modified and not stock.
