Think I found a few things that will help you out. Just have to read through it all.

If you are trying to unpack that file and it still won't try 7zip on it. It should extract with it no problem.

What I do is check "panasonic toughbook drivers jp" on google.

Your full model number tells a lot.
"Like if the second letter is a D...we have a digitizer".
Listen now...W7 requires a Vista bios. Shoot for that and check back.
Go slow get done fast. :D.........maybe someone has an identical unit running W7.........we don't know without the model# from first page of bios. The number on the bottom means naught. Mobo's can be changed. :D
Fair for you/ Fair for me.

Sorry, I had this written and lost it.

First I apologize for missing your model #.

The interesting things on this side of the pond are N = WWAN Carrier????? and the A at the end is Australia.

Now to find the upgrades.....I have them here somewhere.

As you seem to have figured the CF-19 needs a Vista bios. So we look for a bios that reads XP>>Vista.

http://pc-dl.panasonic.co.jp/dl/docs/01 ... &trn_org=2

Please check this out. It seems to fit the bill.

I think some faulty homework was done here (jp site)as both sets of bios and ec have the same number. Again look for the XP>>Vista bit.

Good luck,

Jeff ...I do this with CF-30 all the time but rarely if ever for CF-19..both MK1 had no entry in the bios to switch Touch to Tablet and that is what is needed...
Fair for you/ Fair for me.
