Hi Rob and all
I tried the bios download but it says incompatible for 64 bit :headbang: and tried to install GOBI2 SW but it cant see the card? I am puzzled. Please help a little more - I have come this far. I really want to get the GOBI2 and GPS working. BTW the new SIM is in.
Thanks Tesla.

No man... you don't do this within windows... Re-read post #4 here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/panason ... -31-a.html

Additionally: If you must know, I used an MSDOS boot CD and a flash drive to do this. I boot from the CD drive into a dos prompt and I had the files for the GOBI flash on a flash drive formatted as FAT32 so DOS would actually see it... It acted as the C:\ drive and I just typed in WWANEXE.exe and hit the "e" on the keyboard and BOOOM! FIXED!

Thanks Rob.
I have a lot to relearn - haven't used DOS for 17 years. Greater satisfaction when it takes a little effort, now I am surfing with wireless broadband (Telsrta NextG). Your instructions were perfectly correct. :notworthy:
