CF-31-A Touchpad requires excess pressure~ Suggestion?

So this unit is a windows 7 64 bit machine new install Service Pak 1

The touch pad takes an annoying amount of pressure to operate

Under devices it also states that: "there is a problem with the driver for the(R)Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Memory Participant Driver. Reinstalling the driver might fix this problem"

so is this in anyway related?

It came with s "synaptics" driver & I have since downloaded, and installed the original driver ... no change

the unit has less than 4k hours and otherwise seems well worth the under $300 I have in it.

I can still return it.

I just noticed using my nail on the mouse pad improves the action or response on the pad~

Thanks in advance for your help!

Install ALL of the Panasonic drivers. From the driver bundle if possible.

OK it's better but still seems off ~

The thermal problem still exists under trouble shooting?????

The touchscreen seems off also...

Yes Sir~

Mice & HID look exactly the same.......

The Thermal issue in trouble shooting is gone ...no more exclamation marks

But alas both the touch pad and touch screen aren't right :(
