ok ive just acquired a c2 mk2...couple questions...

1. I keep finding and loosing the configurator can someone lend some info cf-c1bdhdz1m....

2. The web cam didn't work when I got it(seller knew it didn't) but it was off in bios...ive enabled it and re tried installing the driver for it with no luck... I have in device manager unknown device that wont reset no mater what ive tried.....

Ok, update....there's one usb port on the left side that doesn't work the device powers up but nothing on the computer, so I went into device manager and the unknown device is gone. Unplug usb and unknown device is back....any thoughts?
