I just ran across this variation today. I had it bookmarked but when the auction got closer I took a closer look at it and seen the W7 wasn't a standard toughbook version but a Let's note. It has the dual keyboard and Japaneese writing on the bottom like the Let's note T1 I use to have. I have been going though some pages on google translate to see what else was different. I noticed right away it had a 1.2 core2duo, not the 1.06 core2duo like the standard W7 models. Also everyone of the Let's note W7's have the standard W4 and older lid where it doesn't have a WWAN with sims card slot in the top. From what I read the Chipset is still 965 series and the rest of the hardware is the same. They just swapped in the U7600 CPU vs the USA model's U7500. This model went into effect May 17, 2008.

Nevermind, lol. I did more research and it turns out it's just the Mk2 version, not the Mk1. Update the TBT business class machine thread now. Needed to update it anyway. I had the 5 series back pretty much covered already though.
