So i've aquired a tower and a laptop, both with pentium 3's in them. Is there any good uses or maybe a light linux to run? The laptop is windows ME and the tower is either windows 98 or XP...

Also anyone good with circuit board LCD repair that might be able to ahine some light on a old multi meter of my dads... the lcd is dim, and now comstantly works after the 9v pigtail replacement. So im leaning towards a bad lcd...but im unsure of how to test or play with them..

Are you just trying to make them just usable or ???? Some of the old towers are pretty big. In a gateway 2000 case I dropped a First gen 3.2 i7 with 8gb ram and dual gpus. Even would of had room for water cooling.

MX-14 Linux possibly. I run it on CF-29 MK1 and higher.

:pat: Here we go again....MX-15Beta is released. :pat: I will NOT be distracted. :(
