I was interested in GD Itronix stuff a couple years back, but the IX750 was always too expensive for me even sniping on FleaBay. Specs seem similar to a CF-U1.

They were based on another micro pc, then just changed the cpu and put a rugged case on it that looked like there other laptops. Let me see what model it was based off of. (found it, it was based off of the Flipstart UMPC.)

I always wanted one for the collection but never could find one for a good price. Stuff still shows up on ebay from time to time. It is also known as the MR-1.

They use one of these computers in the Expendables 2.

I have the movie. I'll have to watch it again and check that out. In the long run I'll eventually have to figure out what I want to do with these two things.

Also be on the look out for the mini dock and expansion slice. They made bigger batteries for them as well.

Haven't had any real luck finding stuff for the 750 online, not even flea bay. Shoot I can't even find the 750 itself there either, so can get a decent idea of the things worth.

No. Haven't even bothered checking thru my power supplies to try to find one that might work. Just been too busy.
