Internet problems

#1 Post by mklym »

The ISP in NorthWestern California is not providing service to Talking Dog Ranch aka Blue Rock Ranch. Jeff's web access is limited to his 3G phone so any posts he makes will be brief.
Phoning would probably be better than email/PM ATM.
CF-29LTQ,CF-31SBM,CF-52youngGUN,

Life's Journey is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways totally worn-out shouting 'Woo Hoo! What a ride!

Motorsports - the only real sport. If it doesn't have a motor, it is just a game.

There is always something waiting at the end of the road, if you are not willing to see what it is, you probably shouldn't be out there in the first place.

Must be a piece or hardware strictly related to my area. Others on the same ISP had no problems. The few of us using dish to mountain to mountain to ISP were down for 24 hours.

I get about 2 to three bars from the same peak on 3G telephone. 'bout the same with most Gobi2000 toughbooks.

Anyway I'll see y'all after I get my taxes done.
Fair for you/ Fair for me.

No argument there. Although you may have access to 4G. :) My neighbor (on same ISP as myself) picked up a little 4G (not consistently) when our ISP was down. Maybe Verizon updated? We're 15 miles from the towers.

Get a high gain antenna in there and tune out all other signals to push ONLY LTE :)

That costs a LOT of $$$ though :(
