Had this planned for awhile but when ahead and did it since the girlfriend just moved in. I just got back from ordering my small work shop. Getting a 12' x 28' shop with double doors in the middle. My parents have one that is 12' x 24' from the same place and it is over 18 years old and still looks good. Color is light grey with dark grey trim. I will be painting the floors battleship grey and slowly wiring it up for 110/220 with AC/fan/lights/plugins. Then I will insulate it and wall it in. They price on it wasn't too bad. 3500 delivered and set up. Pictures up when I get it in, in two weeks.

Right before I left for work it came in. I got everything moved from the house to the shop. While I have been gone the floor has been painted grey and all the wiring, j boxes and breaker panel have been installed. When I am home this time I will get up the insulation, panel the walls and ceiling. Install the lights, plugins, fans and light switch. Then I can get the shelves and my big wrap around desk. I have a couple of pictures on my phone to up load later today. I will update as I get stuff done.

Damn that is a very good price. If I could get one for that price in Canada I would have one now but used they sell for $10,000.00 and up.

The trailer they had custom built to deliver their sheds was kicking. They made it for tight spots. It had a hyd tilt back, the pull bar could hyd extend about 12 feet, it had dual wheels on each side of it turned sideways. When he pushed the remote control they would drop down and pick up the trailer about a foot more off the ground. They also had hyd motors on the wheels so he could move it sideways on it's own power. They are a small home town place. The guy has a large building he builds them at in his back yard. It's all done inhouse.
